For months, we dreamed. We sketched. We debated over every tiny detail—from firebox flow to trailer paint. Late nights, greasy hands, too much coffee, and more than a few celebratory whiskeys went into designing what we can now proudly call the flagship of Jaxon BBQ & Provisions: our custom-built smoker trailer.

This wasn’t just another piece of equipment. This trailer is the soul of our operation. It’s where years of BBQ passion meet steel and craftsmanship. Built in Missouri by master fabricators who understand the sacred art of smoke, this beast of a smoker represents our commitment to quality, tradition, and the thrill of doing things our way.

When the build was finally complete, we made the pilgrimage. A cross-country road trip from Missouri to the San Francisco Bay Area. Just us, some playlists, an open road, and one magnificent piece of rolling BBQ glory hitched to the back. The journey was long—flatlands, mountains, fuel stops, smokehouse daydreams—but it was nothing short of life-changing. Seeing that smoker glint in the sun as we rolled west felt like the start of something truly big.

Now that she’s home, this trailer isn’t just steel and wheels. She’s the heartbeat of Jaxon BBQ. She’ll be at every pop-up, wedding, backyard bash, and community gathering we serve. She’s seasoned in spirit and hungry for fire.
