We take a hearty portobello cap, load it up with sautéed onion, garlic, baby spinach, and white cheddar, then let it ride low and slow on a cedar plank. The result? Deep smoke, rich flavor, and a bite that holds its own next to anything coming off the pit.

Cauliflower Hot Wings

Don’t let the name fool you. These aren’t an afterthought. We season, roast and smoke the cauliflower, then coat it in your choice of sauce for a bold, messy, finger-licking finish. Same attitude as our wings, just a different player.
